We offer educational content, 1:1 coaching, group training, and related sales career development resources. Our Services are educational in nature. We do not provide employment, recruitment guarantees, financial advice, legal advice, or investment advice.
3. Bookings, Payments & Financing
- Program fees are disclosed at the time of enrollment and are payable in full or via approved financing partners (such as third-party "buy now, pay later" providers).
- Financing applications are subject to third-party approval. We are not a lender and are not responsible for decisions made by financing providers.
- All prices are in the stated currency and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access nature of our coaching and digital content, all sales are considered final once program materials or coaching sessions have been delivered. Where required by applicable consumer law, you may have a statutory right to cancel within a defined cooling-off period. Contact us to request a refund and we will evaluate in good faith and in line with applicable law.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and engage in good faith.
- Complete assigned work and apply taught frameworks.
- Provide accurate information during onboarding and applications.
- Respect coaches, staff, and other students.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific income, job placement, hiring outcome, sales results, or business growth. Results depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not typical or promised outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, frameworks, recordings, slides, scripts, and content are the property of Remote Sales Academy and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share access without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) harass or harm others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for scheduling, payments, financing, communications, and analytics. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Sales Academy, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or conduct we deem harmful to other clients, our staff, or our business.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
