We want every client to be confident in their decision to work with us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.
1. All Sales Final After Access
Because our coaching, training calls, and digital materials are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once you have attended a coaching session or accessed program content.
2. Statutory Cooling-Off Period
Where applicable consumer protection law grants you a statutory cancellation right (for example, a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts in the UK/EU), you may cancel within that period for a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed or begun consuming the digital content or attended a coaching session. By starting your program early, you may expressly waive this right where the law allows.
3. Financed Purchases
If you purchased through a third-party financing provider, your repayment obligations to that provider are governed by your agreement with them. Approved refunds will be processed back to the financing provider, who will then adjust your balance per their policies.
4. Rescheduling
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as delivered sessions.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We review requests in good faith. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other genuine hardship, we may offer a credit, pause, or partial refund at our discretion.
6. How to Request
Email hello@remotesalesacademy.com with your full name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
